RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, candles must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Sir Candle does not charge a restocking fee.

To begin a return, use the Contact page and include your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome and process any approved refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Include your order number and photos of the item and shipping packaging so we can review the issue.
